Three roof types cover almost every building in Singapore, and each one is fixed differently.
Clamped, not drilled
Clamps grip the standing seam or the roof profile, so nothing penetrates the sheet. The quickest install of the three, and the one most factories and warehouses have.
Hooks under the tile
Mounting hooks sit on the batten beneath the tile, which is lifted and replaced rather than broken. Clay, concrete and interlocking tiles each take a different hook.
Tilted and ballasted
Frames set the panels at a tilt and are weighted or anchored depending on the structure and the wind load. Common on flat-roof landed homes and commercial buildings.
