Your roof is the cheapest energy you'll ever buy.
Solar for factories, flatted factories, warehouses, workshops and institutional buildings. We design, install and commission with our own crew, and work around your operations rather than through them.

Four reasons the numbers work better for a business.
Commercial systems usually pay back faster than residential ones, for reasons that have nothing to do with the panels.
You use the power as you make it
A factory or warehouse runs during daylight hours, which is exactly when the roof is producing. Almost every kilowatt-hour offsets a unit you'd otherwise buy, at the full tariff rather than the lower export rate.
Bigger roofs cost less per kilowatt
The fixed costs of a job, mobilisation, design, approvals, testing, are spread across a much larger system. Cost per kWp falls as the roof gets bigger.
It's a capital asset, not an expense
The system sits on your balance sheet and produces for decades, while the electricity it replaces is a cost that only ever rises. Speak to your accountant about how the capital allowance treatment applies to your company.
Your customers are asking
Sustainability reporting is moving down the supply chain. On-site generation and the certificates it earns give you something concrete to report, rather than a pledge.
Buildings we install on.
Factories & workshops
Large metal roofs, heavy daytime load, and the simplest install of the lot. Clamps fix to the roof profile with no penetrations.
Flatted factories & JTC units
Shared roofs need landlord consent and a clear allocation of roof space. We've worked through that process and can tell you early whether it's viable.
Warehouses & logistics
Big spans, low internal load. Often the best candidates for exporting surplus and earning certificates on top of the bill savings.
Commercial buildings
Offices, showrooms and shophouses, where roof space is tighter and shading from neighbouring buildings needs proper study.
Schools & institutions
Long metal roofs, daytime load and a clear reporting story. We work to term timetables and keep the noisy work out of teaching hours.
Construction sites
Temporary, relocatable systems that cut diesel generator hours and move to the next site with you. Ask us about this one — few installers do it.
The work that happens before anyone climbs a roof.
On a home, the engineering is mostly the layout. On a commercial building, half the job is done on paper.
A feasibility study before a sales pitch.
Send us six months of electricity bills and a roof plan. What comes back is an engineering assessment, not a brochure.
System size and yield
What fits on your roof, what it will generate, and how much of that your operation will consume rather than export.
A 10–15 year return model
Modelled over a horizon that fits your lease rather than the life of the panels, at a conservative three sun-hours a day, with your tariff, your consumption pattern and the certificates included. If your lease is shorter, we model it shorter.
A fixed-price proposal
Scope, equipment, timeline and payment stages in writing, with the assumptions stated so you can challenge them.

What businesses ask before committing.
Will installation interrupt production?
Rarely, and never without warning. Panels and mounting go up while you operate. The one moment that needs a planned shutdown is the connection and commissioning, which is a matter of hours and is scheduled with you, usually outside production hours.
Can the roof take the weight?
That's the first thing we check. A typical rooftop system adds a modest distributed load, but "typical" isn't good enough on a commercial building, so the structural assessment happens before we quote a layout.
We lease the building. Is solar still possible?
Often yes, with the landlord's consent. It's worth raising early: the remaining lease term, the reinstatement terms and who owns the system at the end all change the business case. We'll tell you if it doesn't work.
What happens to the surplus on weekends and shutdowns?
It's exported to the grid and credited to your account. If your operation has long quiet periods we'll model the system smaller, or look at storage, rather than build a system that exports most of what it makes.
Who maintains it?
We do. Servicing is quoted per visit or as a yearly schedule, whichever suits your facilities team, and what is included in your package is set out in the proposal rather than left vague.
How long from enquiry to generation?
For a straightforward commercial roof, plan on a couple of months. The engineering and installation are the quick parts; approvals, landlord consent and equipment lead time set the pace.
Send us your bills. We'll tell you if it's worth doing.
Six months of electricity bills and a roof plan are enough for a first assessment. If the numbers don't work on your building, we'd rather say so than sell you a system.
